【摘要】 目的 :探讨养胃方对荷瘤小鼠的辐射防护作用。方法 :采用细胞培养及MTT法 ,观察“养胃方”(以下简称YW)对荷瘤小鼠放射后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率的影响 ;使用TBA法和DTNB法观察YW对小鼠放射后自由基损伤的保护作用。结果 :YW能增强小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率 ,降低小鼠肝组织的MDA含量 ,增高GSH含量。结论 :YW能增强荷瘤小鼠放疗后的细胞免疫功能 ,减轻放射线对小鼠免疫系统的毒性 ,减轻放射所致的自由基损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protective effects of Yangwei recipe on carcinoma mice by radiation therapy. Methods: Both cell culture and MTT (methyl thiazoly tetrazolium) were used to observe the proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes, YW was used for 15 days after radiation. To study the protective effects of mice scathed by free radical after radiation using TBA and DTNB. Results: YW promoted the proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes and reduces the side effects of radiotherapy. YW reduced content of MDA, improving content of GSH in liver. Conclusion: YW could increase cellular immunity of carcinoma mice after radiation, reducing the side effects of immunity system caused by radiotherapy. At the same time, YW could reduce scathe caused by free radical.更多还原
