外生菌根菌白毒伞(Amanita Verna)菌丝体纯培养条件

【摘要】 白毒伞属于担子菌亚门 ,层菌纲 ,伞菌目 ,鹅膏菌属的一种剧毒真菌 ,它与壳斗科植物共生形成外生菌根 .报道了不同培养基 ,碳、氮源、温度和pH值对于白毒伞菌丝体生长的影响 .结果表明 ,培养白毒伞菌丝体的最佳培养基是PDM培养基 ,葡萄糖和果糖是最好的碳源 ,(NH4 ) 2 HPO4 和KNO3 是最好的氮源 ,最适温度是 2 6℃ ,最适 pH值 5 .6 .

【Abstract】 Amanita Verna (Lam. ex Fr.)Pers. ex Vitt. belongs to Basidiomycotina. Hymenomycetes, Agaricales, Amanitacene Amanita. It is a poisonous mushroom and forms ectomycorrhizal with Fagaceae. A study on pure culture of ecomycorrhizal fungi A. Verna was carried out. The influences of different media, C and N Sources, pH, temperature on A.Verna was investigated. The result showed that the PDM medium is the best one. Glucose and fructose are the best carbon sources. KNO 3 and (NH 4) 2HPO 4 are the best nitrogen sources. The optimum temperature is 26*!℃. The optimum pH is 5.6.
