【摘要】 本实验用Wistar雄性大鼠作为实验动物 ,用MNNG作为诱变剂 ,以灌胃方法给大鼠用药 ,然后辅以高浓度食盐水和二期口服MNNG ,以促使胃癌的发生 ,在其胃癌癌变早期的不同时期处死大鼠 .结果发现癌变过程中胃粘膜出现糜烂、溃疡 ;组织细胞出现单纯性增生 ,不典型增生高分化腺癌更多还原

【Abstract】 With the male wistar rats used as experimental animal and with MNNG used as induced regent,the animal gastric carcinoma model had been made in this experiment by piped drinking,following by drinking freely the high concentration of sodium chloride once a week and the MNNG in the second stage to improve the carcinogenesis.The rats were killed in the different periods,the surface characters of gastric mucosa were observed with the eyes;the changes of histologic cell were observed by histopathologic slices.The results of experiments indicated the gastric mucosa appeared fester and ulcer with eyes and the pure proliferation,dysplasia proliferation and the high differentiated adenocarcinoma by the pathologic slices.更多还原
