古尼虫草生理活性物质的检测与分析

【摘要】 测定了处于各个不同生长期的古尼虫草中虫草多糖、虫草氨基酸、虫草素三种活性物质的含量 .结果表明 :虫草多糖含量最高可达 2 8.2 mg/ g,氨基酸含量达 2 8.62 m g/ 10 0 mg干菌丝 ,虫草素含量达 13 5 0μg/ g.

【Abstract】 Some active components of Cordyceps gunnii such as polysaccharide,amino acid and 3 Deoxyadenosine were studied at different growth stages.The highest content of polysaccharide is 28.2mg/g ; that of aminoacid is 28.62mg/100mg;that of 3 Deoxyadenosine is 3350μg/g.
