【摘要】 用鸡新城疫 (ND)Ⅳ系、Ⅰ系冻干苗 ,由NDV强毒制成的蜂胶灭活疫苗、油乳灭活苗 ,组合成不同的免疫程序对鸡群分别于 2 0 ,2 7,35日龄进行免疫 ,以探讨ND疫苗弱毒苗和灭活苗诱导鸡体的免疫动态 ,为临床上合理地安排ND的免疫程序提供理论依据。试验结果表明 :弱毒苗加油乳剂苗诱导免疫应答效果较为优越 ,也较为实用更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to compare chicken Immunodynamics induced bydifferent immune procedures for Necastle Disease(ND),healthy chickenwere inoculated with ND inactivated vaccine or vaccinated vaccine at 20,27,35-day-old,respectively.The results showed that the firstimmunization with oil-adjuvant vaccine was the best choice.The titresof NDantibody after the second or the third immunization detected withhemagglutination inhibition test could last 1 month.更多还原
