【摘要】 阐述了植物多酚的化学性质及其降低卷烟烟气毒性的作用机理。根据植物多酚与生物碱、含氮化合物、多环芳烃的稳定分子复合能力及其抗氧化、抗癌变和抗突变等性质,提出了滤毒防癌烟嘴、解烟保健口服液的应用,其在降低烟毒、保障人体健康,减少烟民上瘾性上将起到独特的功效,并且有广阔的应用前景。更多还原
