【摘要】 目的 :了解当前护理人员的相关法律知识水平 ,探讨普及护理人员相关法律知识的方法和内容。方法 :应用自设的调查表 ,向护理人员发放调查问卷 80份 ,调查护理人员相关法律知识水平以及对相关法律知识的需求情况。结果 :不同学历层次的护理人员相关法律知识水平有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同毕业年限的护理人员相关法律知识水平没有显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;护理人员对相关法律知识的需求情况是“非常需要” ;护理人员相关法律知识的主要来源是自学。结论 :护理人员相关法律知识欠缺 ,急需补充相关知识。建议 :采取多种方法和途径提高护理人员相关法律知识水平 ,增强护理队伍法律意识 ;选择与护理人员相关的法律知识作为学习内容 ,在护理人员中普及常用的法律知识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the current legal knowledge of nurses, and discuss the possible methods and contents of legal training for nursing staff. Methods: Self-developed questionnaire was used. The sample was 80. Results: The levels of nurses with different educational levels are significantly different ( P <0.05), while those with different working periods are not significantly different ( P >0.05). The current main source of legal knowledge is self-teaching. The need of related training is urgent. Conclusion: There is legal knowledge deficit among nursing staff and urgent needs to train nurses in related area.更多还原
