【摘要】 目的 :评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (Lasik)治疗高度近视的效果。方法 :用法国产Moria板层角膜切割刀和美国Lasersight 2 0 0 0型准分子激光治疗仪对术前屈光度在 - 6 .0 0D～ - 18.0 0D(平均 - 9.10D)的 82例 16 2眼行Lasik ,随访 3个月以上。按屈光度分为A(- 6 .0 0D～ - 10 .0 0D)、B(- 10 .0 0D - 18.0 0D)二组。结果 :术后裸眼视力及屈光度均在 1～ 3个月稳定。术后 3个月裸眼视力均高于术前。A、B两组裸眼视力 0 5以上者分别为96 7%、94 .4 %。 1 0以上者为 92 3%、81 7%。结论 :Lasik手术矫正高度近视安全、有效 ,屈光度数越高治疗的准确性越低更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the result of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis LASIK for correction of high myopia. METHODS: Moria-lamellar corned cutter knife (made in France) and Lasiersight-2000 laser(made in U. S. A) were used to LASIK on 162 eyes of 82 cases whose diopter in (-6.00D～-18.00D) (average -9.10D) before surgery, All patients were followed up for more than three months, all eyes were divided into two groups according to the diopter: Group A (-6.00D～-10.00D) Group B (-10.00D～-18.00D) RESULTS: The uncorrected visual acuity and the diopter of the patients were stabilization within 1～3 months after LASIK. After surgery three months, the uncorrected visual acuity (>0.5) of Group A?B were 96.7%?94.4%,and (>1.0) were 92.3%?81.7%. CONCLUSION: Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis is a safe and effective method to deal with the high myopia.更多还原
