【Abstract】 The text has researched and discussed nine different synthetic routes of prazosin, who used three different starting materials include 3, 4-dimethoxybenzylaldehyde、3, 4- dimethoxyanilin、3, 4-dimethoxy-6-amidobenzylnitrle.
