水解条件对纤维素酶解速度的影响

【摘要】 纤维素酶水解速度与水解温度、pH值、水解时间等因素有关。超声波可加速纤维素的酶水解速度 ,用N2 保护能延缓纤维素酶的失活
【Abstract】 Cellulase hydrolysis speed is related to those factors such as hydrolysis temperature, pH value and hydrolysis time, etc.. Ultrasonic can speed up the hydrolysis of cellulose and N 2 protection can prevent cellulase from inactivation.
