【摘要】 我国正在大力推进网上学习这种新型的教育形式和学习方式,但实践中,网上学习面临着三大基本矛盾:一是想利用、会利用但缺乏相应的网上学习条件;二是想利用、有条件但缺乏相应的网上学习技能;三是会利用、有条件但不愿意进行网上学习。解决这些矛盾需要转变学习观念,改善上网条件,加强相关技能培训,提高教学资源质量。更多还原
