木质素磺酸盐氧化工艺条件对香兰素收率的影响
On the influence of process condition upon vanillin yield from lignin sulfonate oxidation
【摘要】 用造纸废液分离的木质素与亚硫酸氢钠反应生成木质素磺酸盐 ,该盐在碱性条件下进行高压催化氧化 ,经萃取精制后得到香兰素。考察了木质素磺化盐在氧化过程中反应温度、操作压力、催化剂量及反应时间等主要工艺参数的变化对香兰素收率的影响。用正交实验对工艺参数进行了优化 ,实验结果表明 :在最佳工艺条件下 ,木质素磺酸盐经氧化后 ,生成的香兰素收率可达 6 %~ 10 %。
【Abstract】 The lignin sulfonate may be formed when the sodium sulfite reacts with the lignin which can be separated from papermaking waste liquor. In this paper,the formed sulfonate was catalytically oxidized with atmosphere in basic solution, then extracted and refined to produce vanillin. The influence of process factors,such as reacting temperature,pressure,amount of the catalyst,and reaction time,upon the yield of vanillin was investigated. The process factors were optimized with orthogonal experiment. And as a result, the vanillin yield can amount to 6%~10% when the lignin sulfonate was oxidized under the optimization condition.
