长周期光纤光栅的制作及热退火特性
FABRICATION OF LONG-PERIOD FIBER GRATINGS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THERMAL ANNEAL
【摘要】 本文给出了长周期光纤光栅的制作方法,研究了长周期光纤光栅的热退火特性,得出长周期光纤光栅的中心波长随不同退火条件的变化趋势,最后根据老化曲线法确定退火的温度和时间,发现当老化参数达到14900时,光栅的光学特性就达到了稳定,即可满足实际应用的需要.
【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the fabrication method of Long-Period Fiber Gratings and characteristics of thermal anneal, educed the change trend of the Central Wavelength of Long-Period Fiber Gratings independent of vary thermal anneal condition. Finally, we confirmed the temperature and time of the thermal anneal based on the aging curve method. When aging parameter reached 14900, the optics characteristics reached stabilization, can be used to practice demand.
