【Abstract】 The article ,issued recently by the Education Department“Some Suggestion on How to Strengthen the Teaching Work of High Education and Improve the Quality of Teaching”, points out that in the teaching activities of universities using modern information technology is an important method to improve the teaching quality of undergraduate and in the teaching of the required courses in the key institutes, the proportion of the courses in which the multi-medium should be up to 30 percent, in other universities, it shouldn’t be less than 15 percent.
