【Abstract】 In WTO, every nation’s trade-protection measures will be limited by the relative WTO provisions. But some developed countries have set up" Green Trade Barrier" restricting the development of other countries’ export trades by using" Gray District" in the WTO Rules. This barrier will be a vital element greatly influencing our nation’s foreign trade after the entry into WTO. So we must take active measures to cross this barrier.更多还原
