【摘要】 用三种不同的漆酶检测方法对 11种白腐真菌进行产漆酶的现象检测 ,结果表明有两种方法在定性检测漆酶的结果上是一致的 ,其中以α 萘酚对漆酶的检测方法最为灵敏

【Abstract】 white rot fungi strains were detected with three different laccase detective methods, and the result indicated that two methods among them were identical in qualitative analysis, with α naphthol as the optimal detective method of the enzyme.
