【Abstract】 The Vroom-Jago contingency model of leadership behavior is of great importance in behavioral science of decision-making. The problem how the software based on Vroom-Jago model and Artificial Neural Network would be developed, is depicted and one kind of convenient and highy efficient computer-aided decision-making tool for decision makers is provided.
