【摘要】 目的　观察百合固金汤配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效及作用机制。方法　晚期肺癌 5 9例随机分为 2组 ,对照组 2 7例采用化疗方案 (鳞癌采用CAP方案 ,腺癌及未分化癌采用MAF方案 ) ;治疗组 32例在对照组化疗基础上加用百合固金汤治疗。结果　治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为 5 6.3%、37.0 % ;临床证候改善率分别为 81 .2 %、5 6.6% ;生存质量变化改善率分别为 78.1 %、48.1 % ;中位生存期分别为 1 6.8个月、1 1 .6个月。 2组比较均有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　百合固金汤配合化疗能降低化疗的毒副反应 ,改善临床症状 ,百合固金汤在改善机体免疫力方面起到标本兼治的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of action of Baihegujin decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups,27 patients in control group were treated by chemotherapy; 32 patients in treatment group,based on the chemotherapy,were treated with Baihegujin decoction.Results The total effective rates were 56.3% in treatment group,and 37.0% in control group respectively;improvement rates of clinical symptom were 81.2% and 56.6% respectively; medium life time were 16.6 and 11.6 months respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01) . Conclusion Baihegujin decoction can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the clinical symptoms and immunologic function of organism.更多还原
