【摘要】 通过对仙客来 3个品种接入到不同激素的MS培养基中 ,对诱导产生愈伤组织、芽、根的培养基的激素 ,接种方法 ,假植等进行了较深入地研究。结果表明 ,以种子播入培养基中产生的幼苗为外植体进行培养 ,诱导愈伤组织的培养基是MS +BA 1 5mg/L +NAA 1 0mg/L ;诱导分化芽的培养基是MS +BA 1 0mg/L +NAA 0 5mg/L ;诱导根的是MS +NAA 1 0～ 1 5mg/L。品种间没有显著差别。并且完全可以消除内生菌的污染。培养 6 0d后调查 ,愈伤组织生长量达14 8 0mm2 ,每块愈伤组织分化的芽数 16 2个 ,发根率达 81 9%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The auxin of culture medium for inducing callus,bud,root;inoculating method,transplanting were investigated through inoculating 3 kinds of Cyclamen into MS culture medium containing different auxin.The results are as follows.When the explant was the seedling derived from the seed in culture medium,the culture medium for inducing callus was MS+BA 1 5 mg/L+NAA 1 0 mg/L.The culture medium for inducing differentiation bud was MS+BA 1 0 mg/L+NAA 0 5 mg/L.The culture medium for inducing root was MS+NAA 1 0～1 5 mg/L;there was no significant difference among the 3 kinds of Cyclamen.Pollution of endogenetic bacteria was totally eliminated.After 60 d of culture,the amount of callus was 148 0 mm 2,every piece of callus developed 16 2 buds.The root deriving rate was up to 81 9%.This method will certainly become available ways for the developing of Cyclamen in the future.更多还原
