智能模糊控制理论在球磨机制粉系统全程控制中的应用研究
Research on Application of Intelligent Fuzzy Control Theory i n Over-all Process Control of Ball Mill Pulverizing System
【摘要】 根据球磨机、中储式制粉系统运行特性和控制要求 ,以模糊控制理论、仿人智能控制理论、PLC技术为基础 ,提出适合不同被控过程的实用控制策略 ,成功地应用于制粉系统全过程自动控制。实践证明 ,该系统安全、经济 ,值得推广应用
【Abstract】 According to the operation features and requirements of ball mill pulverizing system with intermediate bin, the authors propose, base d on the fuzzy control theory, artificial intelligent theory and PLC technology, a pract ical control strategy applicable to different controlled processes, which has su ccessfully used on the whole process control of coal pulverizing system. Practic e shows that this system is safe, economic, and worth being popularized.
