原位聚合法制备红磷微胶囊阻燃剂
The In-situ Polymerization for Preparing Red-phosphorus-based Microcapsule Fire Retardant
【摘要】 目的 研究原位聚合法制备红磷微胶囊阻燃剂的工艺及其应用于 HDPE的阻燃性能 .方法 测试红磷微胶囊阻燃剂的物理性能 .结果与结论 红磷微胶囊阻燃剂的稳定性、吸水率、 PH3 发生量等物理性能比未包覆红磷有很大改善 ;HDPE/红磷微胶囊的材料性能优于 HDPE/未包覆红磷的材料性能
【Abstract】 Aim\ To cover the preparation of red phosphorus based microcapsule fire retardant by in situ polymerization and the fire retardation of HDPE/red phosphorus based microcapsule fire retardant. Methods\ Physical properties of red phosphorus based microcapsule fire retardant were tested. Results and Conclusion\ Stability, water absorbing capacity, yield of PH\-3 and other physical properties of red phosphorus based microcapsule fire retardant are superior to bare red phosphorus. Properties of HDPE/red phosphorus based microcapsule fire retardant are also better than HDPE/bared red phosphorus fire retardant.
