【摘要】 阐述了快速原型制造技术及快速模具技术.基于快速原型制造的快速模具按功能用途可分为塑料模、铸模、冲压模、锻造模等;按制模材料可分为软模和钢制硬模.文中论述了基于快速原型制造的快速模具的主要制造工艺方法,根据不同的制模工艺方法,快速模具可分为直接快速模具和间接快速模具,并比较和分析了间接制模法的硬制模具和软质模具的特点和问题,展望了基于快速原型制造的快速模具的应用前景.更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing (RP&M) technique and Rapid Tooling (RT) technique are introduced in this paper. Rapid Tooling based on Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing can be divided into plastics mould, castable mould, punch mould, forge mould etc according to the function; it can also be divided into soft tooling and hard tooling. The main manufacture techniques of the Rapid Tooling based on Rapid Prototyping are introduced in this paper. According to the different manufacture techniques, Rapid Tooling can be divided into direct tooling and indirect tooling, and the characteristics and problems of the hard tooling and soft tooling are analyzed and compared with each other. In the end, the applications of the rapid tooling based on Rapid Prototyping are prospected.更多还原
