【Abstract】 With the establishment of market economy system, along with its development in China, inherent drawbacks in civil procedural legislation are revealed, and the most striking problems of which is short of the pretrial procedure in a strict sense. Consequently, how to establish the pretrial procedure for civil litigation in China is put forward as a suggestion based on the introduction of the pretrial procedure along with its reform in western countries.更多还原
