【Abstract】 The Party’ s basic organization is the base of our Party’ s work and force. It is the requirement of the new situation to strengthen its construction. The important task laid before us is how to strengthen the Party’ s basic organization in colleges and universities in order to adant itrelf to the needs of the rapid deuelopment of our educatrional course.
