基于数字图像处理的锅炉火焰评判算法
Boiler flame evaluation algorithm based on digital image
【摘要】 :燃烧火焰是对锅炉燃烧状况的最直接的反映。在大量的真实火焰图片和现场试验数据的基础上,提出了基于动态阈值的着火判据,并给出了评判火焰优劣的数值化指数及其具体算法。该系统在国产 100 MW机组锅炉上进行了工业性试验,取得了满意的效果。
【Abstract】 Flame can directly reflect the furnace condition and boiler efficiency. A dynamic-range-based flame criterion is suggested by studying data from local flame image. A numeric index, which represents flame status, and its algorithm are proposed. It has been proven to be very satisfactory in 100 MW unit.
