【摘要】 农村合作基金会是二十世纪末我国农村的一种制度创新形式 ,其发展历史可划分为前期的发展壮大时期和后期的动荡收缩时期 ,前一时期呈现出诱致性制度变迁的模型特征 ,而后一时期表现为强制性制度变迁的模型特征。农金会这种制度创新形式因其曾经具有的巨大社会经济效益而具有合理性 ,另一方面 ,与生俱来的制度性缺陷又致命地损害了其制度绩效更多还原

【Abstract】 As a form of institutional innovation, rural cooperative fund (RCF) emerged in China in the late twentieth century. Its development history can be divided into the earlier stage of expansion and the later stage of turbulence and shrinkage. The former stage was characterized by induced institutional change while the latter by compulsory institution change. RCF was rational in that it once had huge social and economic benefits. On the other hand, its inherent institutional deficiency fatally harmed its institutional performance.更多还原
