【摘要】 目的 :探索腹腔镜前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生的方法。方法 :对 1例 6 8岁的前列腺增生患者施行腹腔镜前列腺切除术 ,患者术前国际前列腺症状评分 (I- PSS)为 31。在腹腔镜下纵行切开前列腺外科包膜及膀胱颈 ,切除前列腺腺瘤后 ,用 2 - 0薇乔线 (Vicryl)连续缝合前列腺外科包膜及膀胱颈切口。结果 :手术过程顺利 ,术中出血约 80 m l。拔除导尿管后排尿通畅。术后1个月 ,I- PSS为 5。结论 :腹腔镜前列腺切除术是可行的 ,它既可获得开放手术相似的疗效 ,又具有微创手术患者痛苦少 ,疤痕小的优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To search for the approach of laparoscopic prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Methods: Laparoscopic prostatectomy was performed in a 68 year old petient with BPH , whose I PSS (International Prostate Symptom Score) was 31 The prostatic capsule and the bladder neck were incised longitudinally under laparoscopic vision The prostatic adenoma being removed, the prostatic capsule and the bladder neck were closed with 2 0 Vicryl stitch Results: The operation was successful with 80 ml of blood loss during the operation The patient had no trouble with urination after extraction of the urinary catheter A month after operation, the I PSS was 5 Conclusions: This case shows that laparoscopic prostatectomy is practicable and may bring similar therapeutic results with less post operative discomfort and disfigurement compared with traditional open prostatectomy更多还原
