TM光子在受抑全内反射结构中的隧穿时间

【摘要】 用电磁场的能量转移速度定义了TM光子在受抑全内反射结构中的隧穿时间 ,对所得结果进行了分析和讨论 ,并把这个结果与TE光子隧穿的时间进行了比较

【Abstract】 A new definition for the tunneling time of TM photons in the frustrated total internal reflection structure is proposed. The definition is based on the energy transfer speed in electromagnetic field. The results are analyzed and compared with those of TE photons in the same structure.
