二氧四胺大环配合物光谱特性与其催化活性关系的研究

【摘要】 测量并研究了二氧四胺大环配体 1,4,7,10 四氮杂环十三烷 11,13 二酮及其Cu(Ⅱ )、Co(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )配合物在不同 pH值下的常规荧光谱和激光诱导荧光谱 ,发现配合物的荧光量子产率满足 ΦCuL5<ΦCoL5<ΦNiL5的关系 ,并对其作了解释。与此同时 ,分析了其作为模拟超氧歧化酶的催化活性和荧光光谱特性的关系 ,由三种配合物的荧光量子产率 ,推测出其催化活性的关系可能是CuL5>CoL5>NiL5。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the conventional fluorescence spectra and laser induced fluorescence spectra of a novel macrocyclic dioxotetramine,1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclotridecane-11,13-dionato and its Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ) complexes at different pH are studied.The results show that the complexes fluorescence quantum yields have the relation of Φ CuL 5<Φ CoL 5<Φ NiL 5.At the same time,the reasonable explanation is given.The correspondence between their catalytic activities and fluorescence spectra character as minic superoxide dismutase metalloenzynes are also analyzed.It has been found that the fluorescence quantum yield of CuL 5 decreases when the pH gets higher.But it is on the contrary for CoL 5 and NiL 5.It has been inferred that catalytic activities may be CuL 5>CoL 5>NiL 5 according to their fluorescence quantum yield.
