【摘要】 在探讨海洋产业内涵 ,分析我国海洋开发中存在的问题基础上 ,阐明建设我国海洋资源产业的作用和意义 ,提出构建我国海洋资源产业体系的思路、采取的措施以及当前工作的对策建议

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the connotation of marine resources industries and the problems in the marine resources exploitation,clarifying the function and the importance of the marine resources industries construction and point out matching measures.
