融合技术在汽车故障诊断中的应用
Application of Fusion Technology in the Automobile Fault Diagnosis
【摘要】 采用融合技术将汽车各相关传感器信号融合 ,应用在神经网络故障识别系统中 ,可以快速、准确地诊断汽车故障。本文以氧传感器信号和喷油控制电压信号为例 ,系统说明了通过提取两信号的特征值 ,采用融合技术应用神经网络故障识别系统诊断燃油喷射系统故障的方法。其中 ,氧传感器信号选取 5个特征值 ,喷油控制电压信号选取 7个特征值 ,两信号可识别的故障种类为 17种 ,神经网络设计为 12 12 17结构
【Abstract】 Application of fuse technology in fault diagnosis system of neural net, to analyze synthetically different kinds of related sensor signals of automobile, can rapidly and accurately diagnose automobile faults The paper illustrates the fault diagnosisway by fusing oxygen sensor signal and fuel injection controlled signal to diagnose the fuel injection system The diagnosis is finished by choosing characters of the two kinds of signals and applying them in the diagnosis system of neural net. In the system,oxygen sensor signal chooses 5 characters,and fuel injection controlled signal chooses 7 characters.The fault sorts are 17,and the structure of neural net is designed as 12?12?17
