【摘要】 对国内外切削刀具涂层技术的现状及发展趋势进行了综合评述 ,从工艺、装备、技术开发、推广应用、售后服务等方面分析了我国刀具PVD涂层技术发展存在的问题 ,提出我国工具行业应针对国内刀具涂层技术现状 ,建立统一的研究、开发、服务体系 ,系统引进国外先进技术 ,通过消化吸收逐步增强自我开发能力 ,形成专利技术 ,最终实现参与国际市场竞争的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 The present status and developing tendency of the cutting tool coating technology at home and abroad are summarized. The present problems about the development of cutting tool coating technology in China, including process, equipments, exploitation, spreading application and service after sale are analyzed. It’s put forward that we should establish an united system of research, development and service, systematically introduce and digest advanced technologies, and finally realize the target of taking part in competition in the world market by increasing the development ability by ourselves and evolving patent technologies.更多还原
