超临界二氧化碳中聚氨酯吸附药物分子的研究

【摘要】 利用超临界二氧化碳 ( SC- CO2 )对聚醚型聚氨酯 ( PU )良好的溶胀和塑化作用 ,研究了水杨酸等 9种药物分子在 PU中的吸附规律以及药物分子在 PU中的吸附量与吸附温度和压力的关系。并采用共溶剂法来提高药物分子在 PU中的吸附量。结果表明 ,PU对大多数所选药物有很好的吸附 ,且药物分子的吸附量随吸附温度升高而增加。另外 ,在 SC- CO2 中加入一定量的乙醇 ,可大幅度地提高药物分子的吸附量 ,其中巴比妥药物分子的吸附量最高 ,可增加 1330 %。

【Abstract】 Nine pharmaceuticals including salicylic acid were impregnated into polyurethane (PU) in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO 2). The effect of the temperature and pressure to adsorption were researched. Cosolvent was used to improve the absorbed amounts of the pharmaceuticals. The results show that most of pharmaceuticals selected can be adsorbed by PU, and the absorbed amounts of the pharmaceuticals increase with the increase of adsorption temperature. In addition, the absorbed amounts of the pharmaceuticals increase dramatically while quantitative alcohol are added into SC-CO 2. For example, barbital adsorption can be enhanced as much as 1330% higher in supercritical fiuids CO 2/alcohol than in SC-CO 2.
