镍二亚胺配合物-TiCl4复合催化剂制备新型乙烯/1-丁烯共聚产物结构性能研究

【摘要】 研究了三种负载型镍的二亚胺配合物与 Ti Cl4组成的新型复合催化体系 ,在不用 MAO,以烷基铝为助催化剂的条件下 ,催化乙烯 / 1-丁烯淤浆共聚制备的一系列塑性体和弹性体共聚物的结构性能。发现由于催化体系具有齐聚及原位共聚性能 ,制得的共聚产物是一种高支化度 (2 1.1~ 70 .3branch num-ber/ 10 0 0 C)、低密度和极低密度 (0 .880 g/ cm3 ~ 0 .911g/ cm3 )塑性体和弹性体共聚物
【Abstract】 The copolymers of ethylene with 1 butene were prepared by three types of Nickel diimine complexes/TiCl 4 hybrid catalysts with AlR 3 as cocatalyst in the absence of MAO. Their structure and properties were investigated. It is found that because the catalysts exhibited the properties of oligomerization and copolymerization in situ, the copolymers obtained are plastics or elastomers, with high branching degree of 21.1 to 70.3 branch number/1000C and low density of 0.880 to 0.911 g/cm 3 respectively.
