PS/STCO合金光降解性能的研究
PHTODEGRADATION BEHAVIOR OF PS/STCO BLENDS
【摘要】 利用乙酸钯催化体系合成了一氧化碳和苯乙烯的线型交替共聚物 -聚 (1-氧代 -乙苯基丙撑 )(STCO) ,并将其加入到通用聚苯乙烯 (PS)中 ,得到了具有良好光降解性能的 PS/ STCO合金。通过对聚合物和共混物拉伸强度及特性粘数的测定 ,分别对 STCO、PS、PS/ STCO三种体系在紫外光照射下的力学性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,由于 STCO的加入 ,可以明显加快 PS的光降解速度。利用红外光谱及扫描电镜分析对降解过程中 PS/ STCO合金的结构变化进行了跟踪研究 ,提出了 PS/ STCO合金的光降解机理。
【Abstract】 The strictly linear alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide and styrene,i.e. poly (l oxo 2 phentrimethylene), was prepared in the presence of a catalyst system from palladium acetate. The copolymer was added to the commercial polystyrene to get a new photodegrable blends. The photodegradation behavior of STCO, PS and PS/STCO blends under the UV irradiation was investigated respectively. The morphologies of PS/STCO blend under different UV exposure time were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The result indicates that the added STCO accelerates the efficiency of photodegradation processes in polystyrene and hampers the destruction of mechanical strength. The photodegradation mechanism of PS/STCO was also inferred.
