【摘要】 “文化”概念有广义和狭义之分。文化素质教育中的文化不是狭义文化 ;不只是各种知识的总称 ,不只是人文社会科学 ,不只是上层建筑、意识形态。它是指广义文化、大文化 ,是指人类在改造世界的过程之中 ,关于人的内在尺度 ,即人自身的需要、能力、意志、信念的反映 ,以及体现人的内在尺度的物质成果。因此 ,文化包括两个方面 :一是作为精神现象的各种观念的总和———精神文化 ;二是体现人的精神或者说在精神指导下改造世界的物质成果———物质文化。文化的基本特点 :属人性、客观性、社会历史性和主体性更多还原

【Abstract】 The term of "culture" can be used in a broad and a narrow sense. When it is used in the idea of human quality education in college, it refers to the "culture" in the broad sense. Rather than merely a general term referring to all kinds of knowledge, the humanist social science and the superstructure or ideology, it stands for the "culture" in the broad sense, or namely, the "magnaculture" which is characterized by mankind’s reflection of human inherent measures such as human need, capacity, willpower and belief in the course of reforming the world, and the materialistic achievement reflecting the human inherent measures. Therefore, the "culture" shall include two aspects:one is the spiritual culture which is known as the conglomeration of various kinds of spiritual perceptions while the other is the materialistic culture which refers to the mankind’s materialistic achievement representing human spirituals in the course of reforming the world. The basic features of culture include humanity, objectivity, social historicity and subjectivity.更多还原
