【Abstract】 The first evaporation cooling device, domestically designed, and manufactured was equipped on the No.4 250 t/h walking beam furnace in Hot Rolling Plant, Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co.. Since its start up in July 2000, the device has operated smooth with good results, providing precious experience in the application of advanced evaporation cooling technology on large walking beam furnace with own intellectual property. This paper describes the components basic principle and construction, as well as the performance of the evaporation cooling device, aiming to promote this advanced technology for energy saving and cost reduction.更多还原
