00Cr30Mo2铁素体不锈钢475℃脆性的研究
475 ℃EMBRITTLEMENT OF 00Cr30Mo2 FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 通过热处理调整 0 0 Cr30 Mo2铁素体不锈钢的固溶碳含量 ,利用拉伸实验、扫描和透射电镜观察等研究了钢在 475℃时效不同时间后的拉伸性能、变形和断裂行为。结果表明 :固溶在基体中的碳能够抑制富 Cr区的形成 ,推迟 475℃脆性的发生。时效后钢的变形方式以位错的平面滑移为主 ,同时伴有一定的孪晶变形
【Abstract】 The tensile properties, deformation and fracture behaviors of 00Cr30Mo2, which dissolved carbon content was adjusted by different heat treatment processes and aged at 475 ℃ for various time, were studied by using of tensile test, SEM and TEM observations The experimental results show that high dissolved carbon content can inhibit the formation of Cr rich region and retard the occurrence of the embrittlement of steel at 475 ℃ The deformation of the steel after aging is mainly occurred as plane slip of dislocations together with certain twinning
