宝钢连铸中间包热状态测试与分析

【摘要】 连铸中间包内钢水温度是炼钢生产过程的重要工艺参数之一 ,影响该参数的因素很多 ,通过对宝钢炼钢部 6 0 t中间包的包衬热状态进行测试 ,分析了包衬蓄热状况对中间包钢水温度的影响

【Abstract】 The temperature of molten steel in tundish, which is affected by many factors, is one of important process parameters during steelmaking production. The influence of the temperature of tundish lining on the temperature of molten steel is analyzed with measured temperature of lining of 60 t tundish at Baosteel.
