南极鲍鱼样品中有机氯农药的测定

【摘要】 报道了中国南极长城站周围及某国的一个排污口的鲍鱼样品中有机氯农药的残留量。测定结果显示鲍鱼样品中有机氯农药的含量HCHs为ND～ 1.87ng g ,DDTs为ND～ 6 .6 1ng g干重 ,有机氯农药的回收率为 46 %～ 75 %。

【Abstract】 Concentrations of benzene hexachlorides (HCHs) and p,p′-dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethanes (DDTs) were determined in the ABALONE samples of Antarctic collected from six sites around Chinese Antarctic Great Wall Station and one site from another countrys sewage outfall. The results showed that concentrations HCHs and DDTs in the ABALONE were in the ranges of not-detected to 1.87 ng/g and not-detected to 6.61 ng/g (dry weight), respectively. Recovery of organochlorine pesticides in the samples was 46%～75%.
