多普勒组织成像对正常人室壁运动速度的初步观察

【摘要】 目的 观察正常人左室壁运动特征 ,探讨脉冲多普勒组织成像 (PW- DTI)定量评价心肌运动的应用价值。 方法 应用 PW- DTI技术对 12例正常人短轴方向 (前间隔和后壁 )的运动速度和长轴方向每一室壁节段的运动速度进行测定分析。 结果 正常人每一个心动周期中 ,室壁运动频谱包括收缩波 (S)、舒张早期波 (E)和舒张晚期波 (A)三个主要运动波 ,以及等容收缩波 (IC)和等容舒张波 (IR)。一般说来 ,短轴方向的运动速度后壁大于前间隔 ,长轴方向左室同一水平游离壁的运动速度大于室间隔 ,同一室壁由基底部向心尖部 ,运动速度逐渐降低。 结论 正常人左室壁运动速度存在特有的不均一性 ,PW- DTI可作为评价室壁节段运动直观、准确的定量方法

【Abstract】 Objective\ To observe the left ventricle wall motion features of normal subjects using pulsed\|wave Doppler tissue imaging(PW\|DTI) and to explore the practical value of PW\|DTI in quantitative assessment of myocardial movement.\ Methods\ To measure the segment wall velocities of interventricular septum(IVS) and left ventricular posterior wall(LVPW) in various levels on short axis sections and longitudinal velocities of each segment on apical section in 12 normal subjects with PW\|DTI.\ Results\ The left ventricle wall motion curve was mainly made of the systolic(S), early diastolic(E), atria contraction(A), isovolumic contraction(IC) and isovolumic relaxation(IR) in each cardiac moving cycle.\ In general, short axis velocities of LVPW were greater than those of IVS, the longitudinal velocities of free wall of left ventricle were greater than those of IVS, the same wall had the highest velocity at the basal segment, and the smallest velocity at the apical segment.\ Conclusion\ A heterogeneous pattern exists in the velocities of individual segments in normal subjects.\ PW\|DTI can provide a quantitative, direct and accurate method to assess left ventricle myocardial segment velocities.\;
