【摘要】 用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察研究了产于福建的 7种珍珠茅属植物的叶表皮特征 ,描述了叶片表皮角质层纹饰、气孔器表面蜡质纹饰、表皮毛等有关叶表皮特征 ,统计并测量了气孔大小、气孔密度、气孔指数等 .结果表明 :珍珠茅属植物叶表皮特征属于典型的单子叶植物叶的特征 ,表皮细胞形状、垂周壁式样、表面角质层纹饰、气孔器表面蜡质纹饰、硅酸体等特征在属内各种间十分相近 ,而气孔密度、气孔指数、气孔大小、气孔器分布和表皮毛等特征种间差异较大 ,可作为种间区别的重要依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Micromorphological characters of leaf epidermis of 7species of Scleria in Fujian were examined by LM and SEM.Under SEM,itwas described such as cuticularmembrane,wax ornamenta- tion and epidermal hairs.The stomatal size,stomatal density and stomatal index were measured and counted under L M.The results show thatthe characters such as shape and pattern of anticlinal walls of epidermis cells,culticular membrane,wax ornamentation and silica bodies are less important be- tween species.The featuresof stomatal density,stomatal index,stomatal size stomatal distribution and epidermal hairs possess the classific value of species.更多还原
