【Abstract】 The system of Legal Aid,which originates from the west,now is increasingly put to use in China.Though operated not many years,the new system has made much effect on protecting the citizens rights,promoting the judicial justice and mcintaining the social stability.On the other hand,the system is in an awkward predi cament-three problems about legislation,agencies and resources emerge in practice.The writer believes that seeking some countermeasures to escape from the difficult situations is a better way to make the new system successful and to settle the problems as soon as possible.更多还原
