【Abstract】 Persimmon leaves extract was added different concentration of medicaments such as D Vitamin C,honey,β cyclodextrin(β CD),phytic acid,gelatin,chitosan and so on,and analyzed after 40 days of storage at a constant temperature of 37°C.The result showed that the medicaments in all groups of experiments had remarkable effects on preventing the oxidation and browning of Vc and tannin in persimmon leaves extract.更多还原
