【Abstract】 In view of industrialization in development of colleges and universities, accelerating reform of scientific research administration system, promoting development of scientific research and turning achievements into productive forces at colleges and universities are the key links to enhance competitive ability of colleges and universities and realize sustainable development. In this paper, opportunity and challenges brought to scientific research administration at colleges and universities after China’s WTO entry are overally analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed in the regards of organization, input and distribution.更多还原
