磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极FC的研制

【摘要】 论述了磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极生产的必要性、工艺技术条件 (压块压力、烧结温度、烧结时间 )及产品性能等。该阳极的化学成分为 90 %mol (以Fe2 O3 表示 )的Fe3 O4和 10 %molMe1O混合物 ,粒度 <16 μm。研制出的磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极样品结构致密 ,电阻率小 (0 .0 0 7Ω·cm) ,在 2 0 %HCl溶液中腐蚀失重率为 0 .72 % h。结果表明 :采用粉末冶金法生产此种磁性氧化铁牺牲阳极可以做到工艺顺利、牺牲阳极的结构致密、电阻率小、抗腐蚀性能良好。其中以 11# 牺牲阳极的性能为最好。其工艺条件为成型压力 1 2t cm2 ,烧结温度 110 0℃ ,烧结时间 5h。

【Abstract】 The article mostly describes the object and thenecesity, technological conditions (the pressure force of compression, sintering temperature, sintering time )and anode performance of a kind of magnetic iron oxide sacrificial anode. The raw material of this anode is a mixture of Fe 3O 4 of 90% mol in terms of Fe 2O 3 and Me 1O of 10% mol. The powder has a particle size of less than 16 microns. The anodes thus Produced have relatively low resistivity (0.007 Ω.cm) and compact structure, its corrosion loss is 0.72%/h in 20% HCl solution. By powder metallurgy to producing this kind of magnetic iron oxide sacrificial anode,smooth process and compact structure of the products are gotten. The products have relatively low resistivity and good corrosion resistance. The best product is No11. The techndogical conditions:the briguetting pressure at 1.2 t/cm 2,sintering temperature at 1 100 ℃,sintering time at 5 hours.
