【摘要】 环城林带已成为现代化城市的重要标志之一 ,为城市生态环境的改善发挥了重要的作用 ,本文以此为出发点 ,探讨了焦作市环城林带的规划原则与建设措施 ,并提出了相应的保障机制以确保这些建设目标的实现

【Abstract】 The urban circling shelterbelt is playing an important role in improving urban eco environment.In this paper, principles of planning and construction measures in Jiaozuo City were discussed and the guarantee mechanism of construction of urban circling shelterbelts was presented to realize the objectives.
