【摘要】 目的　研究BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除术后十二指肠扩张与Treitz韧带的关系。方法　吸取 1例的经验教训后 ,在 12 5例BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除中 ,注意观察Trietz韧带的位置、长度、肥厚性、张力、起止及十二指肠空肠曲的位置 ,选择输入空肠襻是对胃大弯侧吻合 ,还是对胃小弯侧吻合。结果　无 1例发生输入襻梗阻、十二指肠扩张和十指二肠残端瘘。结论　Treitz韧带和十二指肠空肠曲在BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除术中有一定的解剖学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between duodenctasis and Treitz ligament after Billroth Ⅱ subtotal gastrectomy. Methods Drawing a lesson from one case of duodenectasis, the location,longitude, hypertrophy,tesion of Treitz ligament and its site at duodenojejunal flexure in 125 cases undergoing Billroth Ⅱ subtotal gastrectomy were observed. The anastomotic type was selected. Results No genesis obstruction of afferent loop,douoodenectasis and duodenal remains end fistula occurred. Conclusions Treitz ligament and duodenojejunal flexure had some anatomy implication in Billroth Ⅱsubtotal gastrectomy.更多还原
