【摘要】 【目的】　探讨健康儿童血压的发育规律和了解当前儿童高血压的患病率。　【方法】　我们于 2 0 0 1年 9月份采用整群抽样的方法随机抽取合肥市的 2所小学 ,所有 1～ 6年级的 91 1多名学生作为调查对象 ,由专业人员进行血压的测量 ,同时登记家族史、饮食习惯、年龄、性别 ,测量体重、身高、心率等。　【结果】　不同性别的儿童血压与年龄、身高、体重呈正相关 ,且差别达到统计学上显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ,但儿童血压与心率则表现为无相关性 ;儿童高血压的总患率为 8.84% ,其中男性为 9.1 9% ,女性为 7.0 5% ,不同性别间差别未见显著性 ;但不同肥胖程度的儿童之间高血压的患病率差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。　【结论】　儿童期血压与年龄、身高、体重密切相关 ,与心率无关 ;肥胖、超重、低体重儿童高血压的患病率较正常儿童高 ;提示儿童期控制体重和加强营养预防低体重对预防儿童期高血压具有重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 To analysis development rule of blood pressure in health children and the prevalence of hypertension. Blood pressure were obtained from 911 students of grade 1～6,aged 7～13 years old,by whole sample and trained interviewers,observation come from outskirts of Hefei.Meantime the family history,habit of bite and sup, age,sex were checked and height,weight,rate of heart were measured. Blood pressure of children were positively correlated with the height and weight in different sex,but no differnece in rate of heart;the prevalence of hypertension in children was 8.84%(boy was 9.19% and girl was 7.05%,no difference of sex),but the prevalence of hypertension were different in varises of weight in children. [Conclusions] Blood pressure of children were highly correlated with the height and weight,but not correlated with the rate of heart.It was hinted that controlling weight and preventing lowweight would be important for prevention hypertension in children.更多还原
