【摘要】 目的 :探讨思密达治疗母乳性黄疸的疗效。方法 :治疗组在常规母乳喂养的基础上服用思密达 ,并与苯巴比妥对照组比较 ,观察疗效及血清总胆红素变化。结果 :治疗组在治愈时间、7d治愈率、血清胆红素日均下降值均明显优于对照组 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论 :思密达治疗母乳性黄疸 ,疗效确切 ,适合基层医院使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of smicta on jaundice of mother’s milk Method: The patients were randomly divided into two groups, one treated with smicta (treat group), and the other with phenobarbital (control group), observing the effect and the level of total serum bilirubin after treatment Reaults: Treat group is better than control group in time of treatment,rate of recovery after 7 day treating , and the level of total serum bilirubin decreased per day ( P all<0 05) Conclusion: Smicta is an effective treatment to jaundice of mother’s milk更多还原
